All content—including videos, digital guides, and one-on-one consultations—is provided for strictly educational and horticultural purposes.
By engaging in a transaction for these services, the client acknowledges that they are paying for specialized knowledge and expert advice.
Non-Plant Touching Policy
ECC, its owners, and consultants strictly adhere to a "non-plant touching" policy. In exchange for service fees, ECC provides expertise on equipment setup, environmental management, and cultivation techniques.
- Transactions do not cover: The sale, distribution, handling, or transport of cannabis, seeds, clones, or any controlled substances.
- Prohibited Activity: ECC will not accept payment for, nor participate in, the physical manipulation of any cannabis plants.
Financial Transactions & Legal Compliance
The cultivation of cannabis is subject to varying local, state, and federal laws.
- Client Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the paying client to ensure their facility and operations are in full compliance with the laws of their specific jurisdiction.
- Scope of Payment: Fees paid to ECC are for horticultural consulting only. These transactions must not be used to facilitate, fund, or support any illegal activity.
- No Legal Counsel: ECC does not provide legal advice. Payments made for services do not constitute a secondary legal review of the client's local statutes.
Assumption of Risk & Refund Policy
By completing a transaction and utilizing ECC services, the client agrees to the following:
- No Guarantees: ECC is not responsible for crop failures, financial losses, or legal consequences resulting from the application of the information provided.
- Age Requirement: All clients making a purchase or booking a consultation must be 21+ years of age.
- Regulatory Acknowledgment: The client affirms they are operating within the legal framework of their state at the time of the transaction.
